The trainers are very experienced and their guiding capacity is excellent, not only that they are very alert and ready to help whenever any member is in inconvenience. The trainer, specially Sujoy da, is excellent, his support and diet plan are very good , Suparna ,the receptionist is very helpful and a good guide. Other trainers Joy da, Farhan Sir are also very good and experienced. customers have many physical problems,but after joining the gym they feel cured enough and healthy.
