Peter Hu? is a pan-Asian fine-dining restaurant located on Park Street in Kolkata. It was launched in 2021 by the Kothari family, owners of the iconic Kolkata restaurants Peter Cat and Mocambo. The restaurant represents the family's first completely new brand in nearly five decades and marks a significant expansion beyond their traditional continental and Indian dining heritage.
