A uniquely "Kolkata-hybrid" dish featuring a generous portion of fragrant, saffron-buttered basmati rice topped with a sunny-side-up fried egg. It is served with two succulent grilled kebabs (typically mutton seekh and chicken reshmi) and a large pat of butter that melts into the rice.
