Grand Market Pavilion is a flagship luxury buffet restaurant located within the ITC Royal Bengal in Kolkata. It is widely recognized for its vibrant, marketplace-themed decor, which draws inspiration from Kolkata’s historic Hogg Market (New Market).
The restaurant is designed to feel like an expansive, bustling market with six or seven distinct "food theatres" (live cooking stations). These stations offer a wide variety of cuisines, including North Indian, Bengali, Chinese, Continental, and Italian.
