Bar-B-Q (often styled as BarBQ) is one of Kolkata's most legendary and enduring dining institutions. Established in 1962, it is located in the heart of the city on the iconic Park Street. It is widely considered a staple of Kolkata’s "Chindian" (Indian-Chinese) culinary scene.

It has been serving patrons for over six decades and is famous for its retro, old-school atmosphere. The restaurant is split into two distinct sections: one focused on North Indian cuisine and the other—often referred to as "Flavours of China"—specializing in Indian-Chinese dishes.
